GAF or Certainteed shingles, high end ice and water shield and roof underlayments
Maximum Air roof vents
Metal drip edge at all eaves (up gable ends if desired)
GAF Weather Blocker or Pro-Start starter strips, which help prevent shingle blow-off
New 26-gauge pre-painted steel valley flashing at all valleys
New plumbing vent flanges
Maximum Air and Duraflo bath and stove vents
Velux fixed mount, curb mount and sun tunnel skylights
Eavestrough are cleaned
New chimney and wall flashing, prepainted steel chimney caps (if required)

Reducing our footprint

As a Certified Green Roofer, we proudly prevent thousands of tonnes of materials from being buried in landfills every year.

At every jobsite, you will notice that all of the materials we remove from a roof, including the shingles, metal, and wood, are separated into their own areas. This allows us to load the materials in a specific order, process them separately, and recycle them responsibly.

More specifically:

The shingle material we remove from the average roof can be used to pave approximately 40ft of road;
The wood we remove is ground down and sent off to the mills;
The metal is shipped out of the landfill and recycled.
